Torchy's Tacos - Fort Collins

Best tacos in town, hands down. Their main competitor is Fuzzy’s. Fuzzy’s has lower quality food IMO. The execution on the tacos is perfect most of the time. I’ve eaten here about 30 times have not been disappointed. One time I had hard avocado in my taco, but personal preference could explain my discontent. Again, best tacos I’ve ever had at a restaurant, regardless of what I try, their all good!

This is seriously my favorite place ever! The beef fajita taco is bomb, and the chips and queso are amazing! They do their own brand of fountain drinks that are awesome and made with real can sugar.

Excellent food, helpful staff. I 've been vegetarian since I was a child, and their Beyond Beef tacos are the first 'beef ' tacos I 've had in 20 years. Surpassed my expectations for sure, they 're delicious. We also got the queso and churros, both of which were equally delicious. My (Latino partner ordered the barbecue tacos and called them an un-Mexican abomination but a spectacular one he 'll happily eat again. We 'll definitely be going back :

The best tacos in Fort Collins, I have honestly only tried 3 different tacos but they were so go that they are now my go to. Everyone I have ever brought has said they love anything they get! The hillbilly Queso is absolutely phenomenal.
