Contribuiți la feedbackThe Regional prides itself being 100% local with most of the menu being sourced from local farms and the best part is that you can taste it. I had the Reggie Beef Burger, which is definitely not your every burger. The locally-sourced beef is never frozen and even if you get it well-done as I like, it will explode with flavor. The bun which they describe as an everything bun compliments the flavor with perfect texture. This American eatery features great gluten free and vegetarian options. Up to 16 local brews on tap, along with a selection of premium spirits. Their staff is incredibly friendly and doesn 't pressure you on the menu at all. Proudly LGBTQIA+ friendly as well. I was able to be just myself here and spend a bit of time drawing as I ate.Can get extremely busy during peak dining hours on the weekends, so consider parking at the civic center parking just a block to the north $1/hour, first hour free .Vegetarian options: About a third of the menu are vegetarian. I do not believe there are any pure vegan options as their kitchen is mixed with non-vegan food.Parking: The low-priced Civic Center parking lot, which is one block north on Mason is the most convenient option for parking to The Regional. $1/hour, first hour free. Most street parking which is free throughout downtown Fort Collins is often quickly filled up and you 'll spend a lot time circling boxes to try and find a spot.Wheelchair accessibility: This is a ground level restaurant with an easy entrance. Tables and chairs, and no booths. 100% accessible for wheelchairs.Dietary restrictions: Almost everything on the menu has a gluten-free option or is gluten free by default.
I'm not easily impressed when it comes to dining out..but, I'm just so in love with everything here! Atmosphere, staff, wine selection, actual seasonal changes to the menu. The seasonal beet dish currently is one of thee most amazing bites I've had in a long time. These guys are doing it right!
I'll admit...I like food, but this one... this one is now one of my all-time favorite places in Fort Collins. The food is superb, the dirty martini was filthy and perfect, and the staff goes out of their way to ensure you have an experience, not just a meal. Seriously, amazing people. The steak was cooked to perfection, and they have incredible vegetarian selections. The oysters were the melt-in-your-mouth kind, in a good way. Honestly, this gem is better than most of them out there.
Everything was amazing! My husband and I went based on recommendations from a coworker. We ordered the Bibb Salad, hamburger (I got mine with GF bread-amazing! , fries, a drink, and dessert. Everything was awesome tasting. Fresh, delicious, and locally sourced!!! Service was fantastic as well. We WILL be back!
Great food with really inventive flavor profiles. The service was quick and helpful. The ambiance is fantastic honestly. I'd go back.
