The Lost Cajun Fort Collins

I always find myself ordering the Chicken Sausage Gumbo and a Beignet, and both are fantastic. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. They often have Horse Dragon's Sad Panda on tap, which is a nice bonus. The staff is friendly, making for a consistently enjoyable experience. The only downside is that the servers can sometimes take a while to return to your table, as they seem to operate with a very small team at times. Overall, it's definitely a place you should check out!

Fantastic food and amazing staff! I'll definitely return. This is the best Cajun cuisine I've had in years, even surpassing some of the dishes I tried in New Orleans.

The food is amazing, and they serve the best lobster bisque in Fort Collins! I really appreciate that they offer a sampler platter, allowing you to taste their main dishes before making a decision. This has become one of our favorite places to dine!

Why wasn't there a line out the door? Awesome food and pretty reasonable. Our server was great.
