This restaurant is fantastic! I had recently visited the cheese shop in Longmont, but unfortunately, their café was closed. So, when I learned about this place, I had to give it a try. The staff was incredibly welcoming, the atmosphere was clean and pleasant, but most importantly, the food was exceptional. I only ordered a cup of soup and a mac and cheese plate, but I noticed that everything on the other tables looked delicious as well. Their genuine smiles and attentive service make every visit memorable. When it comes to the menu, there are two must-try items that we highly recommend. First is the French Onion soup, a flavorful triumph that makes you close your eyes to fully enjoy each spoonful. Second is the seasonal grilled cheese, which surprises us each month with innovative combinations and rich flavors. Their ability to pair the cheese with the perfect sides demonstrates a true passion for food and an understanding of balance in every bite. Every visit to The Fox and the Crow feels like a celebration of great food and wonderful company. It’s a truly special place that we wholeheartedly recommend. The food was tasty, but the service was lacking; there was too much chatter among the staff. The table next to us had to ask for tea twice before finally receiving it on the third request. Given the prices, I expected better service.
