What a wonderful gem in the old town fort collins! this beautiful, historic building houses one of the most charming restaurant/coffee shop/bakery/gift shops I've ever been! delicious food, nice dining and no lack of quality. can't wait to go back!

Beautiful, historical building with delicious dining and an inviting atmosphere. our server, rachel, was wonderful! the gluten-free butternut avocado toast is unique and tasty. it paired super with the short stack, a latte with brown butter and maple syrup, which leads to creamy quality. If I'm ever back in fort collins, I'll definitely eat again with walker and baker!

To meet on our way through the family. was impressed by everything. the atmosphere, the decor, the eating was spectacular, the waitress was amazing. it was on Sunday in a holiday so I expected less. so impressed.

Ginger and Baker makes the best chicken pot pie I have ever eaten! It was recommended to me by a local while I was visiting Fort Collins and I am so glad I made the time to visit. I stopped in on a Sunday afternoon around 2 and am not exaggerating when I say my chicken pot pie was delivered to my table 2 minutes after I ordered it. I imagine they sell so many they just keep making them all day, but also it was late enough in the afternoon that the lunch rush was over. Ginger and Baker also has a great atmosphere and a ton of outdoor seating as well as a cute little market store. I highly recommend you stop in! Try the chicken pot pie!
