Zach makes a good sandwich, made to order. Never have had a problem when I ordered in the store. Ingredients is mostly fresh. I did get a sandwich with a bit of wilted, brown lettuce on it last time. I will continue to be a customer at this location.

Very rude female manager: Saturday April 2 , 2022. I came in to order using a coupon I got in the mail; I asked if I could use it at this location? Her response to me was WHY WOULD 'T YOU . She was the rudest person EVER!!! Also the young man making my sandwich was brand new and made the sandwich with to much meat as was addressed by this Rude mgr. she took the Two sandwiches out of the oven and began taking meat off of the sandwiches! She was placing the extra meat back to the containers from which they came. At this point I told her that I was leaving to go somewhere else. It was the most unprofessional experience!!!!! I was in the hospitality industry for over 40 years and she definitely should not be in the service industry
The customer service that Zach had with me was very unprofessional, rude and in wiling to refund or remake was messed up by them in the first place. I spent over $30 at this store and had it delivered by postmates. My order had to be taking back because it was not all there and my sandwiches were at that point wet and soggy. I called the store and nicely explained what was going on and asked upon her arrival I could get fresh sandwiches and the rest of my order. Zach told me no. Told me that he was not gonna remake $30 of food without an additional payment even though this was no fault of my own nor would he refund me. I got upset and asked to speak with a manager because this was not ok and horrible customer service. He said no there is no manager until Monday and would only give me a name of peppa no last name no contact info then proceed to call me names and hang up on me. With no resolution. I have worked and owner operated many stores for 17 years. starting my customer services career at 14 with Chick-fil-A and they hold standards high and I will never shop at this subway again. I also would like a resolution to my problem because I shouldn’t have to pay for food that I can’t eat due to the carelessness of a poorly trained employee not to mention that when the postmates arrived back to my house they were told by zach that he could not fix my order or even complete my order due to not having what I ordered and wasn’t going to get a refund. So I’m sitting her $30 out the window soggy sandwiches (so soggy the wrapper is whipping), no napkins and half my order, with NO RESOLUTION.
