Qdoba Mexican Eats - Fort Collins

Terrible experience. The employees had their friends behind the counter and doing whatever they want causing the employees to make my food terribly. They had a mess behind the counter. There was a customer, who I imagine was another friend, in a booth near the cashier yelling and laughing with the employees. The employee that put my food together was so distracted, they rang my order up wrong like 3 times. It was just all around a horrible time.

Jamie, the general manager, was so kind and had a smile on her face the whole time! She is good at what she does.

The night/dinner crew were unbelievably loud, yelling, hollering and cussing to each other across the backroom. They made no attempt to be quiet for customers eating inside. The music in the seating area was blasting and I could still here employees from across seating over the music. The prep area where they make the burritos and bowls was discusting, covered in reminence of past orders. The boy who helped me went from register to putting on gloves without washing his hands first to helping me, atleast he wore gloves. The cook at the grill was chugging a red bull while working in plain view of all those in line. The man I assume to be the manager was letting the younger kids run wild in the back and also joining in on the yelling. I won't be going back to this location at dinner again.

Sienna (I think her name was) was very helpful and attentive. I had a catering order and after picking up she called me, they had forgotten an article. She called and offered to drive it to our function. So much respect and gratitude to her! That was a special day for us when we assembled to remember my son. She goes the extra mile to bring us the wrong article, showing her devotion to her guests. I myself, being in the food industry, know that there are so many to complain and give less praise. Thank you.

Service was fast and extremely friendly they complimented my bowl and were gracious about my confusion about how to order. It's the little goodnesses. The team was also chatting and joking, super positive atmosphere! The sauces and greens were really fresh and everything was really tasty. The chicken wasn't everything to write home, but it wasn't terrible fast food chicken cubes. Overall a very pleasant surprise! I'm happy to come back!
