Mod Pizza - Fort Collins

This place is absolutely delicious! They offer vegan cheese and a vegan crust, although the cauliflower crust contains dairy products.

This is a build-your-own-pizza style of restaurant. In addition to vegan cheese (hooray! , they also have great topping choices, like broccoli and whole cloves of roasted garlic. Despite the number of toppings you choose, the price is the same. The crust rocks too! Ambiance isn’t super cozy or romantic, but who cares.. Pizza!

It’s alright fills the pizza hunger, just know you have to ask for new gloves and train them in food safety.

The employees were excited and helpful. It was sort of set up like subway but pizza. I had the vegan pizza. I am not a fan of vegan cheese, but I tried it this time. Still not a fan. The pizza would be great without the cheese.

This is my favorite spot to grab pizza with friends because there’s no need for any awkward calls. I can choose exactly what I want. If someone is a fan of vegan cheese, they have that option available. If not (like me), there are plenty of toppings to choose from, and you can have as many as you want. Plus, the pizza is really good!
