La Luz Mexican Grill - Fort Collins

ACTIVITIES At the beginning, my friend and I never had a good experience finding a Mexican restaurant in Fort Collins that has enough spices in Chile/Salsa that actually there is enough taste. For the record most Mexican restaurants are meh. I feel guilty of spending my money on such gland food elsewhere. This is the best place to get Mexican food in Fort Collins. As from Texas/New Mexico, I have high standards when it comes to good (new) Mexican food. This is the only place in Fort Collins where I feel that I will actually be worth my money. The food came fresh, credible, and STEAMING hot! Even today's Lord worked so friendly and helpful. He had a real energy for him that he was excited to work and welcome us. .

This is my favorite Mexican restaurant! You hosted a birthday party for me and did an incredible job! The staff was easy to work with, and the food was all set and ready to go. It's reliable and absolutely DELICIOUS! Everything is fresh and tasty, but the Carnitas are on another level. If you enjoy hearty meals and want to support small businesses, this place is a MUST-TRY!

We visited a CSU department and were on the lookout for a great breakfast spot. I highly recommend the breakfast nachos, which come with potatoes, black beans, bacon, and green chile. The service was excellent, especially when they accommodated a meal for my child, and everything tasted fresh! Bravo!

We visited for breakfast last week, and it was absolutely delicious, freshly made to order. The restaurant was empty, likely due to lingering COVID fears, but everything was clean and the staff were very friendly and attentive. We enjoyed our meal on the lovely open terrace. If you're reading this to shape your opinion, just go ahead and give it a try — it’s definitely worth it. I highly recommend La Luz.

Fresh ingredients and great salsa! The queso fundido is creamy and delicious. Burritos are a must try. Will be back for breakfast burritos!
