East Moon Asian Bistro - Fort Collins

The hidden gem of Colorado, well now it is since they relocated lol. I love this place and being Asian it 's hard to eat at some of these other places. But Right now I have my top 3 go-to spots for Asian food. East Moon is definitely in there. I 'm not big on sushi. I had that growing up as child, like everyday. Their entrees are very flavorful and quite filling. I would definitely recommend East Moon for your dining pleasure!To bad they don 't personally open the door for you .Lol, that is an inside joke from a Chinese restaurant back home. IYK...Wow!!

I spent like $30 on the moon chicken plate when you hear chicken you think sliced chicken or something. Nope ! You get ground chicken from a can! With some vegetables of course ! If I wanted this meal I would've watched a pioneer woman episode of her trying to create Asian food ! It's like I spent all that money for a gym bros meal prep it looks like dog food !

Service was great. Accommodating to gluten-free diet. Had sushi and it was very good.

Beware if you have a peanut allergy! Their Vietnamese egg rolls are topped with peanuts even though they don’t state that on their menu. I didn’t realize those were peanuts and ended up having an allergic reaction. Otherwise, food was decent.

The Pad Thai was very much not what Pad Thai should taste like. The fried tofu had absolutely no flavor. I was not able to eat the food. The only saving grace was the fried ice cream, but even that was average. Very disappointing.
