Dutch Bros Coffee - Fort Collins

Cynthia was a customer service rock star. We were very new to town and always trying to get our hands on the sticker drop. She somehow found one extra for us despite it being a few days into the month. Will definitely be repeat customers, we love the coffee and the warmth with which the workers always greet us.

Always fabulous. Great people, lots of variety for coffee tea treats for the sweet tooth. Anytime you need a pick me up wrapped in smiling faces to shake off the naysayers, stop by leave feeling better than when you arrived. Try it, you'll like it.

Time is money? or in my case time is study. Oct. 9th at around 6:50 pm I found myself waiting nearly 15 min with only one person in front of me not even at the window because it is clear that they would rather chit chat with friends rather than serve coffee. I can?t blame the staff entirely, there are some extremely talkative people especially in colorful colorado, however, the blatant disregard for my time and thus my money didn?t go unnoticed. It took me pulling off for the person in front of me to finally move and the woman taking orders from that car to even seemingly notice my existence. With my vet school midterms coming up, I can?t help but see this is as a huge waste of time, but I needed my coffee so I headed across town away from the hospital and my home to get a good coffee and even quicker service from the other Dutch bros. The extra star is because while my stays have been lengthy before, the staff is always very nice. I have respect for those in customer service because I could never do it again, however, the art of ending a conversation and acknowledging ALL of your customer base is EXTREMELY important even when do friends etc. do pop up. There is however a happy ending to this, I got my shark attack rebel in less than 5 min at the other location with incredible service and a smile.
