Carrabba's Italian Grill - Fort Collins

Came here last weekend and had the pleasure of having John as our server. He was very attentive making sure we were taken care of before we even had time to ask! Gave great recommendations from the menu and made sure our food was exactly how it should be. Not a lot of servers like John anymore. Somebody give that man a raise!!

Great pork chops, service was good. No atmosphere here.

Curbside pickup does not work here. They expect you to wait in your vehicle while your food is sitting in the counter. Countless attempts that all result in me walking in only to find my food sitting on a counter. Frustrating.

I'm so cheated that I don't remember our waiter name, he was so great! friendly, sniff, understanding for humor delivered us w/great service! eating was delicious, the cannoli cake for 2 was amazing! I recommend ordering this! the atmosphere was friendly and welcoming clean. I would definitely recommend eating people here!

I called in a To-Go order because I stay in a hotel. the server that gave me that was very nice. the food was ready in time. unfortunately I drove back to the hotel and realized that I didn't put silverware in the bag and again I'm in a hotel not to take home. I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs. it came with a pretty small meatball. also for a togo order, there was no parm cheese, salt or pepper, no serviettes, or red paprika. they contained a side brot with a cup of olive oil, but no butter. I also ordered the chocolate room, which was described as brownie with chocolate mousse, whip cream and then chocolatedrizzle. online it asked me if I wanted to adapt something to my order. I didn't put on a whip cream. when I came back to the hotel, there is a note on the Brownie box that sadly says that we can't take away the spiced cream because it is in the dessert layer. I got 3 texts from this restaurant that let me know that they received my order that my order was almost finished and that my order was on the way. at no time did I get a text saying that the dessert I paid would not be delivered as I requested him and perhaps ask if I wanted to make a change.
