Contribuiți la feedbackThe food was good, but my friends and I waited for an entire hour to get any of our food, and when it did come out, some of the orders were wrong and my friend and I didn?t even get our food because the kitchen gave it to a different table. It took another45 minutes before we had our orders. It was yummy and our server was so sweet, but the wait is just not worth it in my opinion.
I hate to say but it was disappointing. The avocado toast was made with what looked like and tasted like premade, plastic packaged grocery store guacamole. The waffle/donut was over cooked. Not something you would expect with price of meals.Unfortunately will not return or recommend. Had high hopes.
We had a fabulous stay for our Wedding weekend at the Armstrong! Kelly Stine and Marcus were fabulous. Kelly helped us organize brunch and our guest's stay for our special weekend. Marcus was super helpful, from keeping our guest's information organized to ensuring we had a great stay and that our guests were happy for our weekend! The Armstrong is beautifully decorated and placed in the heart of the bustling FoCo city. The perfect esthetic for a wedding and a prime location for everything within walking distance. The Corner Suite and other rooms were clean, cozy, and inviting. When we returned from our wedding night, Kelly and the Armstrong staff had left us a special gift we will never forget! Thank you so much for an incredible weekend, and we will see you again for a unique get away! Clair and Jonathan Bagwell
I visited the Armstrong a few years ago and had an unfavorable experience due to the behavior the neighboring guests. Since our usual favorite, the Elizabeth, was priced sky high, I decided to give the Armstrong another try and took advantage of a deal that included breakfast, a great addition. My room was cozy, on the third floor, and I took advantage of the vintage stairs to access it. As some guests noted, and I experienced, the walls are thin and it was a little noisy when some other folks arrived but it quieted down in a few minutes. The bed was comfortable and the shower roomy. I love the vintage touches. The brunch was bounteous and delicious you have to try their **** Mary! Awesome! I had such a generous credit I actually had funds leftover. The one drawback is parking, which for me, is only a problem in winter, when one doesn't feel like schlepping bags a few blocks from outlying free spaces. The Hotel does have designated parking but it was quickly filled to capacity, requiring several trips around Old Town before I lucked out and snagged a vacated spot behind the hotel. If the Armstrong could secure more parking even after business hours at nearby businesses, it would be a major plus. That said, not only was I impressed by this visit to the Armstrong, my super picky college student was as well. I'm so glad I gave this hotel another try!
This hotel was perfect for our college reunion gathering. it is located in the old town and just a few minutes walk from beautiful restaurants and shops. the rooms are original, clean and quiet. marcus, the manager, took care of us. the staff was friendly and responsive. highly recommended for families, couples or companies.
