Malabar Junction - Fort Cochin

My visit to this restaurant was blue and to my surprise it felt more or less like a private reservation for me, as we were the only customers and I still wonder why! big ambiente, the menu had not much of varities. it was a man service, the waiting period was a little longer than expected. the taste had nothing to offer. but if they want to feed in a quiet and quiet space, this can be definitiw their place.

The ambiente is very attractive and you feel good. but the service is very bad. we ordered drinks and food. the food was good as ordered biryani, but the drinks took to come in old and when they finally came, they were not cold when we had specifically asked that they were cold as it was a hot day. they seemed confused and everywhere. the place can be great, but needs to look for its service.

Delicious eating amazing ambiente friendly staff and this is all in a clam. come back to any case. many thanks for the excellent service.

The food was not bad but clearly overpriced : the prices are the ones of a gastronomic restaurant, we came for the degustation menu appearing on the Lonely Planet guide but apparently they cancelled it and they just offer random food with nothing special. They had just one single white wine and it was really acid and bad, obviously cheap quality (a bit surprising for a wine bar, both in term of choice and quality) they refused to make us taste wine before serving which is clearly inappropriate for a restaurant of this range of price. However the red wine was good. The service was fine the waitress were really nice and the place is beautiful, but you can clearly find a better place for that budget!
