This place has the worst customer service I 've ever encountered. I Ordered 8 piece bucket Crispy, went home just to find it different from what I ordered, I drove back and asked them to correct my order, they corrected it but, when I got home it was one piece short. So I called them up to state my complaint, the manager on duty did not even introduce herself and offered to give me the one missing piece. I declined the extra piece and stated I just wanted to make the complaint, she then said well you have a good night, dully noted (with an attitude tone). So I drove all the way back and to return my bucket and request for a refund. As I drove up to the window to return the order and get my refund, all the employees were waiting at the window while the manager stood in the back. The cashier handed me the refund without an apology. I had horrible days when I use to work as a fast food manager, but I have never given any attitude towards any customers. If I was the owner of KFC, I would fix this kind of customer service problem.
