Starbucks - Fort Belvoir

A 10 year wait for a coffee with a side of attitude. The Barista at Starbucks was just nasty-rude to her co-worker, ignored customers, if they got her attention she was rude to them, and argued with customers over making their drink the way they had ordered and paid for them (its an iced caramel coffee with a req for whipped cream, what's the big deal with adding whip?!! They were so slow and with the way she treated customers I didn't continue to wait in line to attempt to get a drink!

My experiences here have all been pretty good. There is 1 barista that tries to do well but doesn't seem to be cut out for the position. I would say try her as a cashier to see how she fares at that aspect of the job. Starbucks customers are demanding and everyone can't rise to the occasion. Just my 2 cents ????

Just walked in (at noon) and stood in line behind 4 other people. When I finally got to the register and asked for a salted caramel mocha I was told that they were out of mocha so I asked for another drink. He then told me that that drink also had mocha in it so I asked what drinks didn't have mocha to make things simple. He then snottily told me that pumpkin spice didnt but they were out of that too. I just walked out after that because these people never fail to give you a nasty attitude. I will be taking my business down the road to dunking donuts from now on.

I have been going to this Starbucks since the day they opened. Overall, I am pleased with the service and a majority of the baristas are courteous and proficient at their jobs. I know this Starbucks is, at times, very busy but my biggest complaint is that they continually run out of Mocha, Chai, hot drink sticks, sleeves, and other items. If they could keep the inventory stocked, I would give this Starbucks a 5-Star rating.

On 9 June at 1230hrs i observed A male barista( Tyrone) being very unprofessionally and rude to two women customers. He was out of line when he spoke to these women and I did notice he did not talk to myself and other men the same way. This behavior must not be tolerated and corrective action is needed to ensure that this is not the norm.
