Mcdonald's - Fort Atkinson

In the past, whenever I've had complaints at different McDonald's locations, I often felt dismissed, as if my comments were being taken lightly. However, that was not the case with Michelle. She immediately asked if I could return to get fresh food, which was possible since I live just a few minutes away. But Michelle went above and beyond—she had another member of the management team prepare my breakfast for me, and even though they were out of bacon, they made sure to include fresh bacon in my order and even gave me extra! When I arrived, Michelle greeted me at the window and kindly offered me additional food, even tempting me with a delicious dessert. The level of customer service I received today was absolutely amazing! I truly hope that her manager recognizes her efforts and gives her the praise she deserves. She is a fantastic asset to the team, and it's important to keep talent like her around for as long as possible. Thank you so much, Michelle, for taking such great care of me today!

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The young person who took my order was not only respectful but also very efficient, ensuring that everything was handled quickly and smoothly. Overall, I was very pleased with the service and the quality of the food.

I went to McDonald 's a week after normal hours with small expectations. They threw me away. It was 11:30 in a week night and I knew most people were for counting. McDs took my order, made sure it was good, and asked again if I was satisfied after placing my order. I offered to pay the car in front of me. You said, great. I heard that Dbag before me pushed it away like no big thing, even after they said the car behind you would like to pay for your meal, have a great night! You MD staff) were still respectful for him and me, gave me my food immediately and went on, props to FA Mc Ds!!! I have them a $20 tip, less than they earn for dealing with pain in the butt customers on the daily but all I could afford!

This McDonald's totally has their act together no matter what the line is you can get through it quickly the girls are always cheerful
