Stopped in for lunch on Easter Sunday as we headed out for vacation. Ethel was working on her own, with a restaurant full of people, and was still smiling and pleasant to every single customer. She even took the time to speak kindly to the children was patient with them as well. Our sandwiches were delicious and the service was even better.
Everytime I come to this subway location the quality of order DOES NOT be in good standings. Either my veggies be old or my wraps be throwed together with half of my veggies falling out of it. Half of the time I use the app to place order so I can pick up and go therefore I can be on time for work. After today I will definitely stop going to this subway. I WILL ONLY DO THE ONE INSIDE OF WALMART LOCATION.Vegetarian options: Veggies do not be fresh and if they are out of veggies or a certain vegetable. They will not accommodate anything for you.
The floor was wet, customer service was awful, no sense of urgency, and you just lost a customer! It shouldn't take 40 minutes to get 2 subs. Whoever owns this Subway needs to get involved before you continue to lose customers!
Do not eat here unless you want to be charged for something you did not order. They will not refund you, discount you, nor let you speak with a manager. Apparently the employees don’t know their managers last name nor phone number.
