Forrest Brewing Company

We stopped here on the way to a forest tour and bought some peanut butter/chocolate bars as snacks then returned later for dinner. Oh my god! Those bars were so yummy I savored every bite! The coffee was good, too. The dinner had interesting flavors and seemed artisanal quality. It was really a tasty surprise. The staff was super friendly, too. The building was rustic and fairly quaint but comfortable. We would love to go back!

Wer hier in der Nähe ist und der brewing Company keinen Besuch abstattet .... Na ja die, der versäumt etwas besonderes ... Essen sehr gute lokale Spezialitäten... Wie kürbiscremesuppe, Roastbeef auf Kürbisschaum und Chips aus violetten Kartoffeln ... Gutes Eis und exzellenter Espresso.... Beim Bier kann man aus 8 Sorten entscheiden ... Es gibt auch ein probierest mit 8 kleinen Gläsern. Da findet jeder das passende. Es wird sehr darauf geachtet die Produkte aus der Umgebung zu verwenden. Sehr liebes und freundliches Personal. Für uns ein besonderes Erlebnis als sich herausstellte das der Koch und die Front Desk Chefin aus Österreich bzw. Deutschland kamen. Da verstand man die ausführliche Bierbeschreibung gleich noch viel besser. DANKE und weiter so

First impressions this place looks amazing! Walk in...looks fantastic. Roaring fire, lovely ambience. Free good WiFi. Nice menu. NOT CHEAP! We had a big brekky. Nice but not amazing. Nice staff. Nice coffee. Worst hot Chocolate ever- not sure if the milk was off, but it tasted dodgy. Would come back again, but wouldn't order the hot choc.PS NO marshmallows :(

We had been given a gift pack of beer from the Forrest Brewing Company and had resolved to visit on our next road trip. We arrived on a cold winter day with the rain absolutely lashing down and made a run for the Brewery door. We went straight to the bar and as it happens the owner was over the taps. Considering he must be there all day every day he was a bundle of enthusiasm and had us tasting and comparing the range ..... we went with the Block Splitter and the Irish Red and ordered lunch. We went with the soup and a serve of fish and chips. Excellent pub type lunch - the soup hot and tasty, the fish moist and the chips hot and salty. What more could you ask for ? Great vibe, happy staff, big crowd , happy days !

After earring about this place for a bit, figured i drop in.very nice place nice and warm on a winters night,ending up getting the roast of the day beef that comes from one of there cattle,was awesome very nicely cooked and tasted great only because i was super hungry i would of happily eaten 2 but ran out of time.great staff had a chat about the brewing and slight changes that were bringing out different tastes in the final product.will be cack again
