Starbucks - Forney

I've been to this restaurant three times now, and each time I've received the wrong drink. To make matters worse, they refuse to correct it. The service is terrible!

The customer service was outstanding, and I absolutely loved my iced chai oat milk latte! The fresh blueberry oatmeal was also delicious. Although I had to wait a while and ended up reheating it, it was still really good!

The server was incredibly patient and friendly! She took the time to show me the new cup and even shared a few laughs with me. Her service was quick and welcoming. I absolutely love the PARLINE CHESTNUT COLD now!

I was truly impressed by the service. As a former partner, I found everyone I interacted with to be exceptional. Ally and Noah took my orders and greeted me warmly. My three drinks and breakfast sandwich were ready in just three minutes. Sarah, who was on her way out after dinner, stopped to chat and wished me a great day. Excellent service all around!
