The manager had closed the lobby due to the shirt staff due to the winter weather. she left my 82-year-old dad, my blind brother, best friend and I anyway. the food was delivered to our table and was fantastic! thanks for the consideration and service!

They just lost over 35 customers in less than 15mins, their front doors are locked and their sign is flashing open and the hours for lobby say dine in is open. And they refused to answer the front door for anyone. In addition to not posting any sort of sign apologizing for the inconvenience on the front door. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Everything always comes cold. I feel like I shouldn’t have to ask for warmed cinnamon roll. Especially for how expensive they are. They are always extremely cold.

EDIT Team member was working alone and did his best to make things right. I will be back.

I went here 12/16/2021. Forney Texas around 2pm.I went in to order my meal and meet a FANTASTIC gal working the register.Her name was Hannah. She was VERY kind. Smiled so sweet when taking my order. Everything went great! Food was great too. Someone from Corporate or higher management needs to give her a raise.Thank you Hannah!
