Pizza Hut - Forney

If I could give zero stars, I would. I arrived at 9:15 a.m. because I work in Austin and my family wanted pizza. The girl at the front told us we were too early and needed to drive through to place an order. The restaurant closes at 10:00 p.m. I have never experienced such terrible service in my entire life, especially as a former manager at Pizza Hut. I will never waste my time coming back here. What happened to customer service and supporting our community?

I called to place my order and the young lady who took my order was rude. The phone connection kept cutting in and out which made it difficult for her to hear us. When she tried to take our order, she became frustrated and blamed us for the communication issues. She even exclaimed "oh my god" because she couldn't hear us properly, which I found unprofessional. I am only giving a rating of 3 because the food was good, but the customer service was lacking.

Pizza was exactly how I ordered it and was finished on time. Employees have always been very nice to me.

The food was delicious. We were able to use Rewards points for our pizza tonight! YAY!!! Great Christmas Eve dinner!

Went here because they don’t do green olives on pizza in NJ where I’m from. Pizza was hot/fresh/delicious! Customer service was good/friendly.
