Contribuiți la feedbackYojay's Yogurt is located in a small shopping center, which might be easy to miss if you're not looking carefully. Upon entering, I noticed an unpleasant odor, which was quite off-putting. The variety of yogurt flavors is quite limited, with only 8 options available. Pricing is fixed based on cup size, with large cups priced at $9 and small at $5, rather than the usual by-weight pricing found in many yogurt shops. The customer service at the cashier was disappointing, falling just short of what one might consider adequate. On a positive note, for those driving electric vehicles, There is a charging station with two spots, which is a convenient feature for eco-friendly customers. Overall, while the fixed pricing and EV charging are pluses, the limited flavor selection, unpleasant initial experience, and lackluster customer service make Yojay's a less appealing option for a yogurt treat.
Not all machines were working, but they had a decent selection. The toppings area was neat clean. The seating area could have been a little cleaner. The floors needed mopping. One young lady working, she was very quiet when explaining how everything worked.
I came to get frozen yogurt today 07/21/23 at 4:05pm and they were closed. No sign. Nobody inside. The lights were off. It’s a Friday afternoon. Why wouldn’t you be open for business? Super unprofessional
I am very disappointed by my experience here. I drove over half an hour to take my 12-year-old cousin to the place he found online for frozen yogurt. we went around 7 o'clock and saw a handwritten sign that said we needed masks for the entrance. I don't have a problem with that. the employee has not offered us masks or any extras on camp. if you need masks, you should note that an extra is available for customers. he had a rude unapologetic ton and the customer service was bad. but my cousin wanted to go there, so we went and found some masks. we came back at 19:40 clock and the hours published on the glass and online says that the load closes by 8 clock. there is NO communication that says although the store closes the toppings by 8 o'clock around 7:30 o'clock. What? who comes to a frozen yogurt place, only for frozen yogurt without toppings?! the young man who works could not take care of less. if this 7:30pm topping thing is really a policy for employees, please have it visible outside the load and online so customers are aware. otherwise it seems like pure lazy and disregard for customers. they hear me when I say I will never ever support this business.
The place had the open sign. no fresh toppings, no employees more than 15 minutes in sight. we left and went somewhere else to cover the yogurt requirement. very careless employees. the location was not monitored.
