Kfc - Forest Park

I ordered a bucket of all-white meat chicken and called ahead to avoid any issues I’ve encountered in the past. The food was hot and fresh. This was my first time trying the fries, and everyone was pleased with them. I found them a bit dry, so I had to have them with ketchup. Although there was a line, it moved quickly. The person at the drive-thru was friendly and pleasant.

The food was good, but the order process was disappointing. I went through the drive-thru, and they lost my order between the speaker and the pickup window. I ended up having to go to the front door to get my food.

I don't visit often, but when I do, the food is quite good. However, the service was a bit lacking today.

Fast and friendly service! I can't go wrong at this point. See for yourself. They won't be disappointed. I promise.

Went through drive for order, the staff here are always so polite, I can say I have never had a word with staff, if an order is incorrect, always apologize, give u extras or a drink, chicken good tasting
