Church's Texas Chicken - Forest Park

The doors were locked at 4:45 PM due to a shift change. I went to the drive-thru and waited there for 30 minutes. I could see that the chicken was already ready when I placed my order, but it was cold, and the meat looked brown. The cashier claimed it was fresh, even though I knew it wasn't. After waiting for so long with no service, I found it unacceptable. When did Church's start locking the doors or refusing to take orders during shift changes? I ended up getting my money back, but the cashier had a terrible attitude. I will NEVER return to this location.

As a paying customer, I expect to receive quality food and excellent customer service. Unfortunately, my experience fell short. I ordered a 3-piece white meat meal and received a tough breast and two legs instead. The next day, I ordered 3 pieces again, this time opting for two wings and a leg. What I got were two tiny party wings and a breast that was no larger than my hand. Come on, Church's, you really need to improve!

I waited in the drive-thru for 10 minutes while a young man inside was laughing and joking with someone standing at the drive-thru window. There was no car involved, just this person. When I finally reached the window, I was informed that they were out of tenders again. How many times can they run out of tender? The quality of the staff at this place is disappointing. There was no smile, no greeting, and no effort to assist me—nothing resembling good customer service at all.

So, this is a long post due to my long wait. So I get to drive thru at 10:04pm with 5 cars in line and 1 waiting on food. Noticed there were 3 employees one mopping) and no chicken so we expected a wait. We get to the window at 10:33pm to place anorder and after placing order was told they only have 3 thighs and 1/2 leg like really). Didn't want tenders but was going tosettle, but was told that they're closing so that's it. I had others that were ordering a meal as well, but wasted 30minutes fornothing. After hearing the workers laughing and joking about how they're not cooking because they're closing we left. There were3 cars behind us so I don't understand why lose money and customers when they clearly saw the long.

Very poor quality of workers the whole group. Rude and on the phone at register and got mad when I asked for a dipping sauce and I disturbed her texting. One was boxing chicken and drinking a drink. The young short fat black girl was the rudest and loudest.And prices not even as is advertised on menu. Sighn says 7.50 for 5 piece tender meal... came up to 7.99 and then she added 50cent for LG drink that I didn't ask for then got rude and loud when asked about it and said well that's the price. Just needsome new workers that actually will do the job. Oh and now the girl cooking chicken standing there eating a bisquit..biscuit...just unprofessional and they stuck.
