Highly recommend you order a LARGE if actually your wanting a SMALL!! Drink ! And if you want a shot of hazelnut deffo ask for coconut and if you want coconut ask for hazelnut! So yes other then that place ain’t that bad

What a filthy place! Trays of dirty crockery, uneaten food, used napkins, unwiped tables and chairs scattered all over the place. It looked like the inside of a dirty cafe. There are 5 members of staff all behind the counter, two are serving customers. No-one was out with the customers. We were given our drinks in take away cups as there were no china cups available! They were still stacked on the tables and even some on chairs! I am a regular visitor to Costa at The Mall Cribbs Causeway, but never again! EditDelete Share

The staff where very slow at clearing tables. Everyone looked bored behind the serving area. It is so crammed in there you can’t social distance safely from others. Most stores have a one way system. Food and drinks are good

Filthy ripped seats. Dirty cutlery. Staff unhygienic practices. Says it all really. Wish we hadn’t bothered, avoid, go somewhere that cares

Sadly half the seating area is shut off. The tables were dirty which is great during covid and the seats had large stains or were threadbare.
