It has been my second visit to Passion Tree and this time around, I chose the matcha mochi pancake (14.50 AUD) The matcha mochi pancake consist of red bean

5 stars for ambience but only 3 for foodDefinitely had high hopes before eating.

I love this place it's like s cross between Paris and Korea and the desserts are to die for, it gets busy but worth the wait.

Bread is good but pork roll was missing some flavour

Craved for a nice meat pie so check out this bakery. Have not been back over months. Obviously, it was a new management since my last visit.I noticed that it was running by a team of Vietnamese so I changed my mind to order a Pork Banh Mi and a flat white.Coffee was hot but too weak for me. Baguette of the Bahn Mi was a let down because it was not crispy and absolutely not the same texture as those I had before in other bakery.
