Il Castello - Forest Lake

Staff very rude and it was the third time we had ordered, it was the same on all three occasions unfortunately. I do understand they are under pressure but it doesn't take much when you are paying top dollar. I feel it is over priced for what you get and get cranky that they literally charge for herbs like chilli flakes, in addition there are service fee's on top of delivery fee's. I feel it is not value for money and expensive for what it is. Last time we ordered two pasta's and both had a good taste but the pizza and garlic pizza was bland and flavourless...I am not sure how that happens but it was not good which is disappointing when you are paying almost $100.00 for takeaway for 3 ppl.

Myself and friends came here for lunch on a Friday. Lots of things to choose from on the menu. Very adequate sized meals and tasty too. The restaurant itself could do with a bit of TLC. Other than that I would definitely come back again

Located in a small shopping centre on the corner of Hellawell Road and Jackson Road in Sunnybank Hills, this family business is a breath of fresh air in an area that is dominated by Asian restaurants. The menu is extensive with something to suit everyone and we enjoyed the pizza, pasta and ribs that we ordered. The service was fast, the portions were generous, the prices super reasonable and the owners Ben and Kim are warm and friendly!

Nice place and made to be like a family restaurant, old owner had a great charm and made the place but new owners seem to be struggling
