Contribuiți la feedbackWe visited this restaurant based on the positive 5-star reviews we saw. However, it was a disappointing experience. The employees were rude and yelled when asked questions. They seemed displeased to serve customers. The worst part was that both my wife and I got sick with diarrhea after eating here. This was our first visit and will definitely be our last.
This restaurant was highly recommended by a friend. Who is a New York native. I have never tried Dim Sum but since I asked what’s a great place to eat. He has given me a small list of highly recommended and everywhere I tried has been great. The restaurant is spacious, clean, and well decorated. Everyone here is very inviting and friendly. I loved sitting and listening to all the conversation around me. When I had a question everyone was helpful. The tea tasted AMAZING!!! The food was even more AMAZING!! I gave the chicken feet a try and very happy I gave them a chance. Everything I ate tasted very good.I had the most pleasant conversation with Cynthia. She recommended place I had to try while visiting. She showed much concern for my safety which was greatly appreciated.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND dining here and I will be back.
Rude service people, xenophobic.I placed a pick up order and waited as they told me it’ll be ten minutes. As the time stretched, every bag that came from the kitchen I stood up and approached the front “host” lady. She yelled at me with her hands towards my face in a “pushing away” motion, “not yours not your”. It was close to 45 minutes to prep 8 dimsum items that supposed to be ready on a whim: six different shrimp/shrimp and veggies dumplings, chicken feet and beef tripe. When my order finally came up, a younger lady brought it and told me the total. Stayed to stand by me waiting for me to give HER, not the cashier man, my credit card. Made me feel like she thought I will run away with the order…???!!! Bc she is not working the cashier. This is the first time ever I didn’t leave tip. Nor will I be back there.I supported them during the pandemic, I came with friends and family is few separate occasions. One time they lectured us, me and my black friend, how dare we be late 15 min for dimsum. Being late doesn’t mean I don’t know the culture of dimsum. I also didn’t come in to be lectured but rather to eat, which we still did. I thought I’d give them another chance bc I’m a forgiving person. But that’s what I got today, so I’ll eat in Flushing or I’ll try their competition, a new dimsum place further down on Queens Blvd. The dimsum tho is good and fresh. Flushing has it even fresher!
Pound for pound the best dim sum in the area.Only issue was the customer service. They are always rushing.I even saw the manager call out a customer and ask the wait staff if the customer left tip on the table
My neighborhood, go to dim sum restaurant. Dim sum is always good here with a huge selection. Staff is friendly and atmosphere is welcoming.
