Taco Casa - Forest Hill

Every time I have gone to Taco Casa the to go lines are long and wait times are longer. The food is good but it is frustrating to wait that long and get below average customer service. I only frequent this location because it is in my neighborhood.

Taco Casa is the greatest. I have had only one bad experience with them since I've been going there in the past 10yrs or so

Burleson Taco Casa is only there for the white folks not for Hispanic people. Burleson Taco Casa does not serve Hispanic people.

Whoever was working the drive thru was rude. While trying to place my order she kept interrupting and wouldn’t let me finish ordering. When I got my my order she rudely handed me my order and didn’t say a word to me. Just gave me my stuff and slammed the window. I had to wave her down to ask if that was all if it. She only nodded and never opened the window to speak or anything. My order was missing something so I go to the lobby which was locked it was 9pm on the dot and someone was still in the lobby. But the guy literally looked at me and ignored me and refused to see what I needed. When the customer left I told the guy I was missing something and he said you have to go through drive thru. I told him I would wait outside if he could get the missing item. He just walked off. The drive through had several cars in it so I wait 30 minutes before I get my missing item. When I got home to finally eat the food was soggy and cold And just not good.

Yum yum, they will always get my stars, even though the prices went up-to-date there still the best taco restaurant ??????
