Minmin Thai Food - Forest Grove

Ordered take out from Min Min and definitely will be trying it again. The massaman curry was amazing with potatoes and carrots, there wasn't any spice to it so you can add as you please! The pad ka pao is something I had never tried before and it was amazing, first time I've actually ate my vegetables. If you like a sweeter sauce you'll love this! The best part was nothing spilled and the packing kept the food hot and all intact!!

Great food! the Pad Thai is super flavorful and moist, and has a decent amount of meat. The curry is nice and spicy, but also has a great flavor. My only issue is they advertise to stay open till 9, but if you call at or around 8:45, they won?t answer anymore. Change your hours to reflect this!

It was 8 pm on a Friday night we were on the road hungry. We drove thru Forest Grove, looking for a non fast food dinner. Pac Thai was open! We ordered Mussamun Curry Lemon Grass Pad Thai both delicious with enough left over to take home for 2nd meals. The service was excellent and speedy. Highly recommend.

Been a couple times in the past, might have even left a review and what I remembered was not what we got today. What we had barely qualifies as Thai. I get the feeling everything is just reheated frozen from Costco. Zero spice, and zero character. What it did have was way too much sugar. Both dishes were essentially identical flavor profiles, same sauce, same meat, aside from one or maybe two changes in vegetable. Pad-see-ew was mostly right as far as looks but the pad-ka-pow was nearly identical in every way from the sliced (should have been ground) meat to the identical syrupy sauce on top where it should have been served on rice with a fried egg on top; but we got essentially sushi rice on the side, no egg, and almost zero of the essential ingredients that gives it the proper flavors. I don't know, it wasn't horrible just mediocre and boring and much too syrupy.

Ordered Pad Thai. Taste was great and good portion. Price is reasonable
