Just today, I had to buy an extra drink because my Bratwurst and gravy roll was so salty that I needed something to wash it down. I mentioned to the woman at the counter that my roll had enough salt for three people, and suggested that the person preparing it should be notified to tone it down. Her response was dismissive; she said, “I'm not going to tell her. She’ll just yell at me.” If the staff isn’t informed about the mistakes in food preparation, how can they improve? During my previous visits, I was a regular customer to the point where they would often ask if I wanted “the usual” when I called ahead. It's disheartening to see such a decline in quality since I was last there. I will be looking for a different place to fuel up, eat, and drink in the future.

The restaurant is decorated with several paintings, but unfortunately, my dining experiences have been consistently disappointing. The food is either overcooked or undercooked, my orders are often incorrect, or the dishes arrive drenched in grease. Additionally, it takes an unnecessarily long time to prepare even the simplest meals. I definitely do not recommend ordering from here.

I had a flat tire tonight, and one of the young staff members from the service station came out to help me. I really appreciate their kindness. Thank you!
