Wings were ok. Burger had lots of great toppings, but was flavorless. Service was slow

Went here once before and never got served but today... Tyler made our whole evening. She was so kind, fast, communicative and by far the best server I have ever had. Her personality and hard work has made this one of the best meals I've eaten out in Lynchburg. Cheese fries were delicious and ask Tyler for extra brausauce. When you need a good burger and great service come here and ask for Tyler.

Heard many good things about the place so I had to try it for myself. Service staff were friendly and food came out quickly. However that’s where it went downhill. Burgers were bland, cheese curds were cooked to the point where the cheese was missing and many only had the breading left. Left $60 lighter in the wallet feeling like cookout could’ve done a better job.

Excellent burgers, excellent service. Will def return.

My boyfriend and I went for dinner on Tuesday 6/18/24 for the first time. Ambiance was nice and service was really good. The burgers had no seasoning on the burger itself, but the toppings made up for it. The loaded fries were really good with ranch on the side. The problem was the after effects. Three hours after eating, I got so nauseous and began dry heaving. Also had diarrhea that night. My boyfriend didn't get sick until the next morning. I had leftovers, but I'm not eating them. Wanted to see if anyone else got sick from that night.
