Venu At Victoria University - Footscray

Great restaurant run by Vic Uni Footscray students. All well presented and friendly. It is an apprenticeship and good to see how the students are shown on the job in a real life situation. We all had a variety of meals and good wine. 6 on a round table and all older, but the background noise was minimal and all could hear the conversation at the table so that was great. A diabetic diner i our group and with sufficient attention they were able to do this with low carb /low sugar meal and dessert, which is very appreciated

Nice and friendly students, they try their best to provide the best service to customers and also learn from it. The food was tasty and literally worth of money, would definitely come again.

This is was my 2nd visit to VenU, both times have been on a Friday for the Buffet. Although there wasn't a huge range what they did have on offer was good considering it is $15pp. The food was fresh and tasty and I would highly reccomend you give it a go. The wait staff were friendly and did a great jobs. Also, if you do visit please remember this is a restaurant for teaching so don't be too critical. Will definitely go again.

The Christmas dinner was delicious and delicious. The portion size was great and 9f of the VenUwar brilliantly decorated. The staff and students who served were very professional and polite. Really enjoyed our meeting with team and would definitely eat again with friends and family.
