Contribuiți la feedbackLove the yogurt variety, and a bunch of toppings to choose from!! They also have chips, cookies, and several beverages to choose from. I get yogurt for my family all the time here, and it's fun to build the cups to my liking! Would recommend :D
Yogurt flavors are whatever… they don’t have much variety, it’s expensive not worth all the sugar for the price. My partner I went and we payed literally what we pay for dinner for two.
Had a great time came in with my older sons for a little tutti fruit after a hot long day noticed parents ahead of us can not control thier kids and get upset when their kids touch the toppings with their hands lucky my boys are older and out of that phase but I feel for the workers that have to deal with angry parents that can't discipline their kids other than that I had a great time!
First time coming here, it was pleasant &very cool inside on a hot day. I loved the hand written signs. ! &that we have to wear gloves. People go hiking, or to the stores in that shopping center. Touch random things and come get froyo. when scooping their toppings, all those germs and bacteria that's on their hands ... gross. I'm GLAD they have gloves available. Makes scooping my toppings with a peace of mind. I read some of the reviews here... how can a place, that's self serve, have bad customer service.. when you go in, get what you want YOURSELF and leave ? Ahaha I don't get it. The ladies here were lovely as can be. If you have questions or concerns, ask. A closed mouth doesn't get fed. Will definitely be coming back. !
We decided as a family to go for a bike ride to get frozen yogurt this evening. We hadn 't been to Tutti Frutti in a while, and when we arrived from riding our bikes, I could tell that the location had changed and not for the better. The door was broken and there was a trash can in front of it. There used to be games and a warm family environment, now the place looks dim, dingy and the staff are not warm or helpful. There are hand written signs all over the shop that look very unprofessional. The girl behind the counter named Ashley was on her phone when I walked in with my two sons and didn 't even look up or acknowledge us when we walked in. I walked up and asked her if my son could use the restroom and she said no, it was closed. We then went to get our frozen yogurt. I attempted to get the vanilla, but it looked weird, so I switched to the cheesecake and strawberry. We then went to get our toppings. I put a glove on as they had a hand written sign stating that you must wear a glove when getting your toppings, and I proceeded to put toppings on mine and my sons ' yogurts. When I was almost finished, despite me telling my middle son not to touch anything several times, he grabbed an MM from the container. While this was occurring, Ashley was on her cell phone and not really paying attention to us. I reprimanded him, and when I did, Ashley looked up and stated since he touched the MM, you now have to buy the whole container . Now I didn 't argue with her or anything. I understand that since my son touched the MM, that they cannot sell them to the rest of the general public, but when she rung me up for the MMS and two small yogurts and a medium one, the cost was 47.00! This company is essentially profiting off of poor customer service. Ashley did not inform us of the policies, she was on her phone through our whole time at the shop, and then they charged us a premium price for MMs that they probably paid a quarter of what I paid for. If they were a well run business that cared about their customers, they would inform them of the policies in person, serve the toppings themselves in order to avoid contamination, or at least charge the wholesale price they paid for contaminated toppings. In all honesty, I probably should have walked away and not paid for anything, but I take responsibility for my son 's action of touching the MMs, but I don 't expect to be ripped off for it. They are targeting families with children. Any parent knows that if you place a bar full of candy in front of a child, the likelihood of them not reaching out to grab something even if you have warned them not to is non-existent. The only way to get this business to change their horrible business practices is to stop patronizing their establishment, which I encourage anyone who is in the Southridge Fontana community to do I support local business, but not this one.
