Starbucks - Fontana

Amazing customer service. Really kinds ladies I met today. Unfortunately this location is just a bit ruff around the edges. Looks like it took 1 to many spills and needs a nice good touch up.

Service was very slow, and employees seemed so unhappy, stressed and lost. Also when I arrived, there was a spill on the pick up counter and they kept placing orders by it and no clean up! I waited 15 minutes for my drinks and the entire time the spill was there. Just didn't seem very clean and just chaotic.

Very fast service. From ordering to getting my order it took less than 5 minutes.

I been here quite often, and the past 4 times in 2weeks, there's always something wrong with drinks. The caramel frappe is watery no actual taste of caramel frappe . I got a venti dragon drink and asked for easy ice and it was over half cup of ice only. Today got 3 dragon drinks no actual flavor to others I've had (taste like coconut milk watered down) and these were also more ice than actual drink and it was not full all the way either. So upsetting! We're paying 5-7 dollar just to get more ice than anything.

Horrible! Last few times I?ve been here my drinks have been awful. The customer service is what kept me coming back. Today was the last straw. Ordered PSL iced got nothing but milk, customer service was horrible. Employees were rude as if they were unhappy working here. When the drinks were given to me, they weren?t even put in the drink carrier properly and tipped over while the employee was still holding them and paper thin close to falling all over my hands.
