I had a terrible experience with the customer service from the owner. Normally, I don’t write reviews and I don’t consider myself a difficult customer, but this situation was frustrating. I ordered a carne asada gordita with just meat, but it arrived with cheese. When I politely asked for one without cheese, the owner insisted that they always come with cheese, which isn’t even mentioned anywhere. She then asked for my card to refund my money. I suggested just getting one without cheese, but she said that wasn’t possible. It was astonishing. As a manager, she should understand how vital it is for a business to retain repeat customers. It’s also quite upsetting that when you pay for a meal or service, some people can still be rude or make you feel like you’re being taken advantage of. I consider myself to be fair and understanding, but this experience was just too much to overlook.
This restaurant was really disappointing. I ordered a carne asada burrito and a quesadilla for $18, but all I got was two pounds of rice and beans with only about four pieces of meat. Don't waste your money here—there are new owners and a new name, which says a lot.
I loved the place. It’s a clean spot to eat with a great variety of dishes. My friend Katrina had lamb birria, and I enjoyed a mushroom omelet. Both had a delicious Mexican flavor.
Good food enjoyed eating there with family
