Nokki Thai Kitchen - Fontana

Has been here for years. thanks for the fact that this place has survived the pandemic. great taste and great customer service. until recently. old workers are no longer there and when they left, the customer service went out with them. new workers are rude. it is mainly the younger workers. my youngest and last visit I came in and was not recognized. I had to get her attention! I asked, did not get a reply, only posture. ordered and it was read twice, incorrectly back to me! Not only the customer service has decreased, but also the quality of the food has decreased. now everything is unnecessarily sweet and it is lacking fresh. sad to see the decline of this company, but I will not spend my money here anymore.

I'm grateful for opening this place in my neighborhood since the first time we were here. The food tastes authentic, service is fast and efficient and overall, it has this local ambience often with tiny mother and pop places. In a bind, if you are looking for decent Thai food that you do not drive too far, this place provides. Prices are on the steeper side, served a bit smaller, but not too exaggerated unlike some of the other Thai places in the area.

Today I brought my friend to this restaurant, he was the first to come here. We looked at the menu in front of the door. When we wanted to enter the door, a fat server with a round face was very arrogant. When we ordered, she asked us what we wanted. We asked what options... she even asked me what meat you want? If I say I want dragon meat, can you cook it for us? Never seen such an arrogant server, I will tell all my neighbors and friends living near this restaurant is no longer a friendly restaurant!

Eating is delicious. at present they only take out. love the Tom-kha suppe, huhn satay, or the drunk noodles

I absolutely adore this restaurant and all of the people who work there! Great, high quality, and consistent food that is one of the best in the area! Delicious food for a decent price. My go-to's are the yellow curry and the mango sticky rice!
