I brought my kids to play and eat inside. I did their job and put my order with the tablet. I ordered to dine in and waited like twenty minutes until I went to check what was going on. A guy looked for my order and it was placed with the mobile orders. Just to avoid getting more frustrated I walked away with my order but now I have to hear my kids complaining about their food being cold. The service just keeps getting worse at McDonald's now. Like we already have to put in our own order in, can we get the dam courtesy to have our food brought to our table. Laziness at its finest.

They take time to deliver an order and the staff does not pay attention to the people

The charged over 20 bucks for only 5 things im never coming

They renovated this location to a modern version, but in reality It looks depressing , It's fine and good to have technology but what about the grandparents the take their grandchildren there , there isn't not menu pictures to select from , and those big screen tablet to place your order aren't easy for them to use, instead of becoming more inclusive they're becoming exclusive to certain part of the community. Ps their workers suck at customer services.
