El Pollo Loco - Fontana

Nice, clean, and fast service... I've been visiting this Pollo Loco since I moved to Fontana 15 yrs ago. Their employees always stride to give us the best service possible, Are they perfect? No, do they make mistakes? Yes, but who doesn't, they are people like everybody else dealing with issues like this pandemia...bottomline they give you always their best food snd service...that habeen my experience with them.

I always enjoy the original Original Pollo Bowl ,,except they never give more than 1 salsa for a Original Pollo Bowl . The tiny little cup of salsa they give you is filled not even half ways. When I ask for more salsa,they give me 1, I ask for more and they say 1 salsa per Original Pollo Bowl . I tell them I will pay for more,,they wont allow that. Other than that I still enjoy Polo Loco :

The chicken was dry and some pieces were hard, I didnt get my salsa in the side for my chips even though it gave me the option. Not pleased :

Food was great but they tend to never answer the phone for me to make an accommodation to my order since I couldnt customize my bowl on the app..
