Contribuiți la feedbackWhen you 've had enough of the standard, boring cuisine of the average Fontainebleau restaurant, it 's nice to find a restaurant that dares to do something different. Hibiscus is that restaurant. Here you have fondues, raclettes, tartiflettes, potato or pasta based gratins; piping hot and delicious. There 's a fine selection of inventive and immaculately presented salads as well. They have a vegetarian section on their menu but you need to be careful as they follow the standard French idea that vegetarians eat fish! However, as everything is cooked to order to please be prepared to wait! you can always ask for some ingredients to be left out or replaced with something else. It 's not cheap, not too expensive either. But can you really put a price on relief from the routine? I, for one, consider the Hibiscus to be excellent value for money.
Smell of damp cellar on arrival, which also permeates the cards. The bland chef's specialty: as a tartiflette, we are served a porridge of salted crème fraîche with potatoes. Reblochon has no flavor. Oily salads. Dishes served an hour after arrival (yet the room was half empty) Service à la jeunz basket worthy of a bistro. Inconsistent complex map And deco unrelated to Savoy. In the toilets, mold and scale. Bulbs not changed.
