Mario The Baker - Fontainebleau

I ordered lunch here through Google Maps and then followed the walking directions just down the street to the restaurant. Mario the Baker was no longer there and then current restaurant, Mama Leone Bakery, was closed (it was Sunday). I followed instructions and contacted EatStreet Orders to get a refund, but the customer service representative just kept telling me to call the restaurant—even though I repeatedly explained that they weren’t there anymore. It took a while, but the rep “escalated my concern,” but it’s going on four days now and I haven’t heard back.

Pizza was cold was suppose to be extra chesse i order from slice owner told me to call him to tell me dont order from me no more i would not give this place not even a 1star rude and dont care about there buyers

New York Style pizza in Miami! I ordered the Margherita pizza with sliced tomatoes. Tasty, thin cheesy pizza. I ordered thru Slice delivery. Prompt delivery. Great pizza!

Mario used to be the best pizza. Unfortunately their service has gone down the drain. Last time order was wrong. This time after almost 2 hours pizza never showed up. Location said they could not reach driver has no clue what happened to our pizza. Here is what they should have done the first time we called Re do and Re deliver. The 2nd time we called full refund, Re do Re deliver. Full refund and a “sorry still can not find the driver” after 2 hours not satisfactory. BTW we NEVER had this issue with other locations. Just this one. Please do let us know when this location is under a new manager.

This wynwood location is no longer there but their website gives you an option to pick up and order delivery. When I scheduled an online pick up during my lunch break I arrived 5 mins before my order time and to my surprise no restaurant. So I called to cancel my order and the women says since I ordered online I would have cancel online but the east street ordering vendor they use doesn’t allow you to. Staff needs training and they should update their website to reflect accurate locations for food pick up!
