Figata - Fontainebleau

This place is excellent. The food is always great. The reason for three stars is because we tried to visit the Brickell location making a reservation. There is no way to text or call. The lo cation is on a second floor and escalators are not working. Elevators don’t work as well. If in your party there’s a disabled or elderly person there won’t be a way to arrive. The attitude of the personnel as well as security at the building isn’t very friendly so the only option is to walk away and find another place. Please pay attention to very basic details.

First…our server Jainet was awesome!! Her suggestions were spot on and her friendly energy was a delight! We had the Picado Criolla appetizer plate and split the Ojo De Bife (Argentinian Ribeye). Everything was delicious and we had plenty to eat!

Broken air conditioning, friendly yet not very attentive service and pretty poor quality food. There were 6 of us and no one was wow’d by their meals, what a shame. There are too many incredible options in Brickell to waste time or money here.

Dominic was a fantastic server. The mixed drinks were so flavorful and good, and I was able to order vegetarian friendly food and my friend got a really good steak. Prices were reasonable for the quality, and the vegetable sides (especially the burnt tomatoes, YUM! were stellar.

Mojito es the best, ask for Lissette best service ever, love the place. Love the filet mignon, and the empanadas, will come back soon
