Cane Fire Grille - Fontainebleau

Asked for selection of IPAs and was offered a dogfish head citrus squall. Hadn’t had it and upon tasting realized it wasn’t an IPA at all. Brought it up and they assured me it was until I cross referenced the website with the info. Still charged full price and gratuity.

Our waiter Brandon was amazing and made sure the beers were cold. He made a point of letting me know that they had Elysian Space Dust, 1 of my very favorite beers. He is AMAZING!!

A bit of a loud atmosphere. There was no one at the host stand so figuring out where to sit was a challenge. There was no organization to the servers. The food was very good.

Mercedes was amazing, friendly and a great addition to the staff here. We were treated very well and accommodated with great care. One of the best stays will always stay here.

Food and service was good. Would have preferred a more secluded seating vs open area to make it a bit more personable. Noel our server was very nice.
