I don't care for the food but love the Frappuccino's. I've drank the same thing for years. Venti white mocha, double shot, non fat milk and no whip. It's absolutely delicious ?
I just need to know why when I order my drink online and you have my order in writing, printed on the label that says EXTRA WHIP, but I get NO WHIP. I spend almost $6.00 on my drink, I don’t think it’s too much to expect to get what I ordered, especially when it’s in black and white.
HORRIBLE!! There are a few girls who still have a high school mentality/maturity level Especially the older short blonde with piercings and younger, long haired brunette.I was JUST in the drive through with my 11 and 12 year old little girls and was told not to come back by a snobby teenager and an old woman with an accent because I handed the drinks back POLITELY and asked for the extra topping I requested on my order. Was then told I know what you are doing, you 're not allowed to come back here and that I never mentioned extra topping (thankfully i always use the app and can prove I do) I was literally tossed two business cards for the manager I requested. I 've gone to both locations, multiple times a day for years, and I can count on 1 hand how many times I 've spoken up about an incorrect order and apparently some of the girls want to make false accusations and start petty drama...over toppings. But most importantly behave like that in front of CHILDREN ??
I’m not an Avid Starbucks gal. But what I will say before my review is I do work at a locally owned coffee shop.I originally wanted the bacon Gouda sandwich; and a chocolate chip Frappuccino. I pull up to the window and I get the normal “welcome to Starbucks!” He said they were out of everything I ordered which is fine, I get that totally. I ordered a white mocha frap and a cake pop. I was not asked what size I wanted my drink, and my total was 9.17$. When I get to the window, I went to hand my card to the barista at the register, but before I could even open my window I was greeted by a man who whipped out the card reader and made me swipe my own card. Once again not a big deal, just odd in my opinion. Everything I got was fine, but I do not think I will go back to this Starbucks again based off customer service alone. Very unfriendly, not what I want to see when I’m getting a drink!
