Fuji Yummy Steakhouse - Fond du Lac

Fuji yummy is the only sushi place in fondy but my children and I love it. Went for dinner tonight and it was pretty busy but we were fine with waiting. Sat at the hibachi table because the kiddos always enjoy it. Could tell they were a little behind but got our menus and took the time to look through the menu. I got the chicken scallop combo with fried rice and both my boys got the kids chicken hibachi. My youngest only likes the chicken oldest eats it all. Only thing I can complain about is I was charged full priced hibachi for both my kiddos when I ordered the kids size since they don’t eat much to begin with. Wasn’t excited about paying almost $16.95 for my 5 year old to get half a chicken breast. But none the less I enjoyed it and so did the children and yet still left a tip. Just felt like we were more a burden than paying customers for the experience.

Obsessed with the fried rice. They never disappoint and everything is always delicious!

I love sushi, and other Japanese food. I went here recently with my husband and infant. When we came in, we weren 't greeted, just asked to sit. We had to grab her high chair to sit in. We were the third table in the restaurant at the time, so they weren 't busy. It took a bit for them to come over and ask for our drinks order. Our food came out pretty quickly, but each time they came to the table, it was literally just dropped off with no words or care, even though we thanked them. The sushi roll was delicious, however the fried rice just had eggs in it maybe it 's just me, but I had thought the fried rice also had veggies in it a few years ago. I also have had it where if you order a special roll, you automatically get a salad or soup with your order, where as you need to order these things separately from what I understood. I still would like to go back to eat here, but the service also needs a lot of work, unfortunately. We weren 't asked once how everything was tasting or if we needed anything else. We just got a cold vibe from the staff, so we gave a low tip. Again, I 'd like to return since this is the only place close enough for us to enjoy sushi, but service needs improvement.

6 years ago I have it 4 stars, the other day we went and with two kids, had to wait for a half hour before our waitress acknowledged us. Was a 1.5 hour wait until we finally got our food and then didn't even do the birthday thing for our kid which is why we went in the first place. Definitely going to West Bend or Oshkosh next time. Good Luck, won't be in business long when that's how your service is. Your service fee is the biggest joke ever as well. If you're gonna charge it, provide it!
