The service at this restaurant was prompt and welcoming. The food was tasty. I'm not sure if the woman was a manager, but it was refreshing to hear her commend the staff for their hard work. It's rare to hear appreciation instead of criticism for employees these days.

The service at this restaurant is very poor. My husband and I decided to stop for a cone, but the ice cream didn't even fill the top of it. When I mentioned it, they just laughed it off. If you're looking for good Dairy Queen ice cream and cheaper prices, I recommend going to the one on Fond du Lac Ave.
