Taco Bell - Folsom

Don’t come here on your lunch break. They close the indoor seating whenever they choose, and the drive-thru line gets extremely backed up. It's really frustrating.

Absolutely terrible in every aspect—avoid this place at all costs! By supporting them, you're only enabling their lack of improvement. They clearly don't care, and it really reflects in their service and quality!

The restaurant will charge you for add-ons (which I don’t mind), but they often forget to include them in your order. Additionally, they seem to expect you to leave right after you receive your food—until you remind them that they forgot to return your debit card.

Overall, the food was good and served warm. However, I was disappointed with the potato soft taco I received. It looked nothing like the pictures and was lacking lettuce, tomato, and overall effort. The crunch wrap was tasty, and the chicken burrito was good as well. But opening the taco left me feeling let down.

Stop ordering Taco Bell through DoorDash. You're not likely to have a good experience; they hardly pay attention to the orders they hand out at the drive-thru. If they don't care when you're right there, what makes you think they'll pay any attention to your order for delivery? After 7 PM, DoorDash drivers often face long wait times, which can lead to cancellations, meaning your food may never even be picked up. If Taco Bell is going to partner with DoorDash, they should really establish a dedicated pick-up window for delivery drivers and online orders – it just makes sense. If you're going to spend your money on delivery, why not choose a place that can get your food to you hot and quickly? Who enjoys cold burritos, tacos, and nachos? These dishes are meant to be served warm!
