Not only is Valentina genuinely kind and caring over the phone, but she has gone out of her way on several occasions to follow up and ensure that my orders arrive complete and accurate. In a time when excellent customer service feels rare, Valentina’s genuine professionalism is a breath of fresh air! They've relocated to the other side of the street, but this Starbucks has the dirtiest bathroom I've ever encountered. They really need to hire a professional cleaning service.
