Contribuiți la feedbackI'll make this short and sweet. This is a small family owned business, and I love supporting that more than the big corporate ones. It just happens to be the best Pho place in Folsom. I'm talking about the soup here for the most par. Everything else is solid as well, but this place def beats all other pho places in Folsom easily in the broth category. Def try this place on a cold winter day, especially if you're close by the area craving some good ol Pho.
Eat here with family, ordered bun bun hue and the noodle still hard and the soup is not much taste. Only can taste the chili sauce. My family member ordered a combo pho and also pretty much tasteless. Like watered downed pho. When you need something, no body is there, we have to walk to the kitchen and ask for service.Don't recommended!
Cute little place, neat and clean with little bit of atmosphere! Very friendly people really love the pho spring rolls.
I'm hesitant to give this place a 3-star rating, but our experience with the food had quite a few issues today. We ordered the combination pho and the beef stew (Bo kho) with bread. The pho came with fresh noodles, but it seemed like we got the small leftover pieces from the bag, making it impossible to enjoy. Additionally, the broth lacked some aromatic and beefy flavors. On the other hand, the beef stew tasted pretty good. Some of the beef was tender, but some pieces were tough and chewy. The carrots in the stew, however, had an off taste to me.The service was good, which is why I was reluctant to give this place only 3 stars.
Pho broth is supposed to be flavorful and rich with the spices and fish oil used in Vietnamese cooking. Not so here. It was so bland! You get pho for the broth, everything else is pretty simple and hard to mess up. The fried spring rolls (pork) were tasty. Saving them from a one star review.
